Bridal Trial Run:

A trial is extremely recommended for the bride! This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly so that we may practice more than one look. This session will be serviced at The Glossary Salon Studios, in Mendenhall, MS. During this session we will have an in depth consultation on your bridal goals, and how to achieve them. Pictures for inspiration are most definitely welcome!

Trial runs are scheduled Wednesday + Thursday in the studio. Trial runs are not required. Availability is not guaranteed, please schedule in advance for preferred availability. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face (if receiving makeup services).

Not currently scheduling on site services requiring flight travel, ZERO exceptions. Listed below are the available destinations for travel. All travel pricing is based out of Florence, Mississippi. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about on site wedding services. Extended travel locations available below!

L O C A L T R A V E L B O O K I N G F E E -

$50 booking fee to hold your date and services, covering the listed travel distance, to and from, your venues location below. this separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services. the booking / travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. This fee covers holding your date, milage to and from on site location within the greater Jackson, MS area only, as well as set up/clean up on the wedding date. Please read below for any travel beyond 40 miles of Florence, MS.

To ensure each bride receives my full attention and care, I schedule only one wedding per day and a limited number of weddings per year. Because of this, there is a Bridal Booking Minimum of $800 required to reserve your wedding date.

This minimum can be met by a combination of bridal hair, makeup, and additional services for the bride or bridal party.

If you are the only one receiving services, you're absolutely welcome to book for Bridal hair and/or makeup only! In that case, the minimum still applies, and your investment will reflect that—for example, bridal hair ($225) + makeup ($250) totals $475, so the remaining balance would still be required to meet the $800 booking minimum.

E X T E N D E D T R A V E L R A T E S

Below, you’ll find the travel fees for the cities available for services, which help cover the time and costs associated with travel. Please note that travel time is charged both ways (to and from the venue location), as this is time that cannot be used for other appointments or work.

A set travel rate for each city based on the distance from home base in Florence, Mississippi. The travel fee covers the total hours spent traveling to and from your venues location.

• Travel Time Charge: Travel time is calculated based on round-trip hours (to and from your event). For example, if it takes 6 hours to get to your location, you will also be charged for the 6 hours it takes to return home, totaling 12 hours of travel time.

• Hourly Rate for Travel Time: Travel time is billed at $100 per hour. While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service pricing for extended travel.

• Example: New Orleans travel time: 3 hour travel distance= 6 total hrs traveled to and from - $600 Travel Time Fee

Travel time is priced round trip, to and from the venues location: $100 per hour

All extended travel will require, at minimum, one nights stay near the venue. This is an additional fee, travel time does not include coverage for accommodations.

Entire wedding party: Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for additional blowdrying.

Max amount of services: 8. Ally Nicole can only perform a dedicated amount of services depending on timing, please see timing reference above with services. A timeline will be created for the booked services, provided by Ally Nicole.

Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, Ally Nicole may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team. Ally Nicole is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately.

Services must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding via Honeybook. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Ally Nicole for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, travel time, if needed etc) and may be required depending on location and time.
